Perrin EndLink Noises, Will They Wear In?
Hey im using the Perrin Performance WRX Endlinks with the rear swaybar. (http://www.perrinperformance.com/Pro...dlink_Rear.htm)
The spherical bearings in these are making loud noises every time they move cuz they're so tight they bind when they set back up. I just moved the stiffness setting from the loosest setting to the medium one and now when im just driving on a slightly bumpy road i hear creaks from the bearings moving.
These sounds cant be the bushings holding the sway bar to the towers, i channeled both of them with a dremmel tool and fit them with zirk fittings to pump them with grease.
If anyone has been using these endlinks for a long time and knows if they wear in and eventually stop making so much noise can u please let me know. Thx.

P.S.- I sprayed some tri-flow on the bearings and moved tehm around via the bar unbolted, didnt help.

I have the same problem...
I did some of the fixes other posts referred to:
1. move the mounting bracket as far forward as possible (where the urethan bushing sits)...the bar was never hitting anything in the first place so this was not the fix...
2. I greased and regreased where the bar attaches to the urethane bushings...nada...
3. I tried loosening the nuts a bit on the rear endlinks...seemed to take care of the problem a little but the clunking soon came back because the nuts loosened up too much...and then the sway bar started moving from side to side as noticed when I would make a sudden turn either to the left or right...
I am almost certain it is the endlinks...any help or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks
