It depends. If you (or the shop you have design it for you) are knowledgable, you can make a 50 shot work fine. But even a 25 shot can blow your motor if it isn't properly tuned. At a minimum, you need a wet kit, fuel pressure riser, and AFC. Better still would be real engine management. The short answer is, if you just buy a kit, bolt it on and go, you'll probably break a piston or rod, or blow your head gasket.

The fuel pressure riser... raises fuel pressure.
Other than that, make sure you get a 'wet' kit. This means it adds extra fuel with the nitrous to prevent it from running lean. Better still, find a good shop with a lot of experience to tune it for you if you aren't comfortable with it.
