Today I installed reverse glow gauges to my cluster in my Impreza and came across a problem. My mph needle isn't moving so how do I reset my needles? Is this a hard process?

dude. you didnt remove the gauge needles did you?
i installed new reverse glow gauges on my 97 L and made that mistake on the tach. now it's extremely twitchy, if it ever works at all. the solution? now i either need a new oem gauge set (400$) or an amtermarket tach. ill go for the latter.
if you jsut slipped them on, check to see if they are touching the needle. the needles are VERY sensitive and wont work good if they are being touched by anything.
