flywheel and crank pulley weight?

I was reading on another board about this. People have given weights from 23 to 32 pounds. So.... no one knows.

Car Info: 1996 impreza 60 trim, 8psi 201 whp, 213 tq 200k mi
stock flywheel is 22 lbs, crank pulley is around 8 but im not certain on this, i have a lightweigh flywheel and crank pulley on my car, 11lb flywheel, 1 lb crank pulley
