This is a replacement ECU that Sport Compact Car used in their older 2.5RS buildup. I am sure that there are others out there, but this is the first one I came across.

Are you talking about Rallitek's PP6 or I-Speed's reflash?

They're not chips like ones that you'll find with the euros, one is a reflash and the other's a piggy.
