I'm planning on getting a Blitz Nur Spec Cat-back and I was wondering if I might get CELs or not?

O btw I was wondering if I should get that little grill mesh for my hoodscoop cause my intercooler is sorta dented from rocks and stuff. Is it hard to install? Does it require me to remove the hoodscoop?
