The other day i was looking under my car and i found the part of the exhaust under the transmission had a thick black oil/grease on it, and its all over the bottom of the tranny too, its not really wet though its feels dry, but there was alot of it when i ran my hand under the tranny, i know its not the cv joints as i know what a busted cv joint sounds like and the joints are not leaking.

Does anyone know where this oil could be coming from and if its a problem?
