Nope. Tires. Intakes do nothing by themselves but make noise. Even a catback doesn't do all that much. If you want to be faster, get really good tires and a bigger rear sway bar.

And tires can be quite expensive.

How about Bridgestone Potenza RE950s? The Michelin Pilot Sport A/S look really good tire rack has a 9/10 buy again rating and a couple of 9s on the survey averages plues a high(er) snow rating. Also the Continental ContiExtremeContact are pretty close to the Michelins (only a tennth or two off here and there). They are however, much much cheaper.
edit: can't go summer tires becuase it snowed today here in joisey. (Apr 6th)

If I didn't have other things to do to my car, I'd buy two sets (and two new stock wheelies or 4 new ones, they had a little visit with mr. curb)
A feasible option that I won't have to wait as long for would be Continental ContiExtremeContact for the winter and your S-03s for the summer. Would you advise aganist the Conts?
The 950s have the lowest snow taraction rating between itself the Conts and the Pilot Sport A/S. Snow traction is a big thing, because if it snows, I end up driving somewhere, and it did that a lot this year.

Porsche and BMW OEM= I would buy them, regarding the Contis, lol. The Pilot Sport A/s are like the greatest tires ever, but they are priced accordingly. Also look into the BFG G-force KDWS, those are supposed to be very good too. And don't just take the survey results from Tire Rack as gospel. Not every respondant is judging on the same standards, and some of them are just plain dumb.

The RE950's are a great general use tire. They will last like 40,000 miles and maintain good grip and will work in the snow too. But, they are not super grippy tires... More of just an all season tire that does a bit of everything.
