Helix or Titek for sure. The thing about ebay anything is that it cracks...or doesn't fit right, like 99% of the time.

it's going to work properly with or without engine management. But if you want to prolong the life of your engine as well as get the full potential of the upgrade, yes, engine management will do just that. But yes, you can run the downpipe on your car with or without engine management, the first being the smarter of the two (=
