Whats The Best Exhaust for an sti

i have an 05 sti and i want a cat back exhaust system. Im mostly concerned about keeping that sweet sti purr and i dont want a crapy honda sound. What do u guys think the best sounding exhaust is for the money/ what kinds of exhausts are you guys using?

it depends if you want a big fart ricer can exhaust or something more stock looking. then you have to take in to account how loud you want it. and believe me there are more catbacks than you can choose from. when i got my catback i wanted a nice fullystainless steel catback so it wouldnt rust. i wanted it to have a nice deep sound that wasnt loud and i didnt want a huge mellon shooter canister. i love the twin tip look but i went with the greddy evo2. it sits nice and tight under the bumper. it has a huge tip which i think looks good. it sounds awesome but is honestly too quiet for some people and its fully stainless. its also as some of the biggest gains when it comes to catbacks. so i would recommend the greddy evo2. but if you dont care aouut how loud it is or what it looks like just run straightpipes

No doubt it woul have to be the APS 3.5", its a monster, but it looks amazing, sounds amazing and really really spools very quickly. I get 17.8 psi (tuned) at like 2900 rpm. The exhaust ALSO allows for EXTREMELY fine tuning of the boost and really smooths it out so its very easy to tune.

Check out my dyno graph from yesterday's tune with the APS. www.eqtuning.com, its the most recent tune.

I love the sound of a borla hush, but if a borla catback wasn't loud enough for you, this wouldn't work.

I also recommend the APS 3.5. The Apexi N1 is kinda loud but it still sounds really good. Anything titanium has a totally different sound, kinda raspy.
