Has anyone had any experiences with the E-Bay specials??? They are pretty cheap and seem like a good intercooler, but I would like to hear some feedback before I purchase. Can anyone help me??

I personally don't have any experience with them, but I have heard that other people are VERY pleased with the Ebay TMICs. At first there were some major fitment issues, but I have heard that they have worked those out.
Just make sure that the IC you are getting is the SS Autochrome if you decide to get the Ebay one. They have a website too. http://www.ssautochrome.com/
