Don't.
The recirculating valve vents to the intake to keep the turbo running at 0 load. This way during shifts you dont need to respool the turbo. By venting to the atmostphere you will run slower, and make some noise. Speed, or some noise? Your choice...

when your aftermarket bov is 100% to atmosphere, it means 0% doesnt go back into the turbo to start up the spool again. the stock bypass valve recirculates, so inbetween shifts, some of it goes back into the turbo

oh god.. just leave the damn thing its got the recirculation hose for a reason. if you really want to get that sound just put a damn speaker under your hood it would be smarter in my opinion otherwise ur car wont run as smooth.

Worxtuning BOV is a good compromise bmetween drivability and sound.
If you want to get the BOV route, get the "loud ring" worxtuning BOV. You can adjust it to recirculate as much or as little as you want. After playing around with the settings, you can definately notice more lag between shifts at 100% Atmospheric setting vs. fully closed. I keep mine at 25% atmospheric 75% recirc.
