Ya its an old post. Anyway the setup has it so the air from the turbo is plumbed into the supercharger. That's what i think because if you look at the intake manifold, there is only plumbing to the supercharger, and not the turbo. Also, the wastegate actuator for the turbo is also connected to the supercharger.

I don't think that actuator is for the wastegate. This car has an external wastegate which is clearly visible right in front of the turbo. The actuator on the supercharger is probably for the by-pass. Twin charged setups generally by-pass the supercharger at higher boost so it's all turbo on the top end. The supercharger is used for just bottom end power.
