STI header/down pipe question?

I just got some Gruppe-s Headers for my STI and am excided to get them in.
They are the ceramic coated ones. I was wondering if I should still wrap them? (Pros and cons) Will it really make the header crack in a short amount of time? I would like them to last a while.
I know I don’t have a cat in my up pipe; however I am wondering if I should replace it or port it. I know to big an up pipe will kill velocity and hurt spool time. Any thoughts? Is it hard to port the up pipe on the sti? I have ported heads on domestic heads so I think I will be ok. Does anyone have any tips?
Thanks for the help.

From my researching online, I don't think you are supposed to wrap anything thats coated. Its either coated or wrapped....not both.

Thanks. Does anyone know a good place to get all the header gaskets? I still need to get them.
