well for the 30 minutes that it idle while I was checking things out it sounded nice and loud hehe. During the relflash to stage 2 the AP lost communication so now it sits dead in the water in wont start.

Sounds like the AP got through the erasing process but didn't write, so you have a blank ecu. I'd give Cobb's support line a call and maybe shop around for a new ECU.

We were just talking about that happening at the last meet. My cobb OBDII plug would always come loose. So it came down to tapping into those wires and stringing a serial cable up behind my cluster, through the dash, and down into the center console.
Sounds like the AP got through the erasing process but didn't write, so you have a blank ecu. I'd give Cobb's support line a call and maybe shop around for a new ECU.
