need help intake manifold removal

Question need help intake manifold removal

I'm removing intake manifold from my 2006 wrx sti and i cant figure out how to remove the gas lines from the intake manifold. can someone please help me with instructions on removing these lines from the manifold and if someone can tell me what these connections are called I would gladly appreciate it thanks heres a picture of what I'm trying to remove

thank you for the removal guide its extremely useful. I asked my neighbor about this and turns out that they are quick release fittings and could be removed with a quick disconnect tool from auto zone(or anywhere sold) size 5/16
