Hi all! This is my first post here on I-club, although I do post on nasioc from time to time.

My 2005 Forester XT is leaking fuel from a few rusty spots around the tank, so I picked up a new (to me) tank for very cheap down here in South Carolina. However, the only salvage tank I could find was from a 2006 forester X, which has a different fuel pump assembly (the one currently in my XT is very rusty). Will I be able to use the N/A fuel pump assembly provided I can get a return fitting into the tank? I was also looking to upgrade the pump to an AEM 340lph drop-in for the XT, so the pumps capacity should be no problem.
