Mbc

Can a stock sti handle 17.5psi if you use a MBC.

Which MBC has the 2 options "street" and "race" settings?

Please don't use an MBC. It does not allow you to control things like fueling, timing, and open/closed loop switch over. Just turning up the boost without adjusting these parameters is a recipe for meltdown.

Yes, if you have an 05 and tbe w/o cats, you will most likely boost creep and that will throw a cel. But stock internals should handle 18-20 and 23 with 100+ octane

Turboxs has a dual stage mbc for around 275.
Or you can get a electronic boost controler which has more options, (and a pretty lcd screen)retail for evc is around $600
I have a electronic one sitting around and i could make you a good deal.
