I have a Tanabe Super Medallion Racing single-tip catback on my otherwise stock STi, and the sound is really deep, not a fart-can or raspy sound.

I wouldn't say it's TOO loud, but it also comes with a silencer

It has 2.75" piping, fully Stainless, is well-made, and fits perfectly.

Fujitsubo RM-01A sounds awesome, I honestly think it has a better sound than the Blitz NUR Spec. The NUR Spec is too drony.

I have an JDM STI uppipe, Helix DP, Perrin Catback....it sounds sick! I absolutely love it, and have gotten many compliments on it. Its f*ckin loud, esp at WOT, I have to be extremely careful as to when or where I step on it, cuz you can hear me coming from like 2 blocks away, or so I have been told. That setup gave me about 10-12 WHP. Here's a pic.

the perrin will put out higher numbers than the borla because its more free flowing, it doesn't taper down at the downpipe,

but if you get the hush rewelded to your helix ( like what everyone does ) then # 's will be similar, but the hush is also a lot less noisy than the perrin...

btw gl with your ticket
