Carbon Ti = alot of attention from cops. My friend has it on his WRX and got stopped twice for it and even got a ticket.
I have the borla hush on my car. I like it. It is much deeper than stock but not nearly as loud as the Ti. Plus it looks pretty stealth.. like a beefy wrx exhaust (dual 3" tips).
The negatives: You will need to find a 3 inch flange, gasket, and a short piece of 3" stainless pipe (~5-6 inches) to weld it to, if you are bolting it to an aftermarket downpipe. The Borla is designed to bolt onto the stock cat so you'll need to swap the ends if you don't.

If you want a nice Tanabe, get the Super Medallion Racing. It's a lot like the Ultra, but no titanium, and cheaper.
I had one on my WRX, and it rocked!
