I putting a PE1820 on my 05 STI I was wandering what injectors I should go with?I've been to go with PE650 but there made for a WRX will they fit in a STI and are they the right size for a 2.5 with a PE1820

There are some people who (with an aftermarket turbo) go as small as 600 cc injectors. Personally I have Perrin modified STI injectors (816cc). I would recomend going 800 cc or bigger suplemented with a 255 l/hr fuel pump, stainless lines and rails.
