I/C Sprayer Light 2007 Sti

I dont' mean to laugh, but I'm gonna anyway. HAaaaa, ok I'm done. Rain is distilled, water is evaporated, as it continues to rise it condenses forming clouds, as it condenses further it eventually becomes saturated and begins to rain. Their resoning behind the distilled water is as it evaporates, the Disovled solids in the water are left behind, mostly in the form of Silica SiO2 and Calcium Ca. But the evaporation occurs externally on the intercooler not internally, seeing as how the velocity of the air that goes through the IC there really is no change that the minerals will deposit. Just wondering their train of though of the issue.

if the light is on in your instrument panel, it means that the water level is either low or empty in your resevoir. not sure about the '04 model but the '06 STI does not have an auto mode for the spayer.

Ipozestu-you're a saint, you keep trying to educate the unwashed. I've lived in arizona for 40+ yrs, home of hard water and evaporative coolers. These boys have no idea how many minerals are in water. One way I've learned to teach it is to pick your favorite unblemished pan(aluminum makes it go faster) and boil a cup of your selected source of water till it's gone-look at whats left. That's what's going to end up on your I/C. Now try to get rid of it.
