Hks Ssqv Bov :-)

Well I finally gave in and bought a BOV. I couldn't be happier. I am an attention ***** so this definately works out for me. I have an '06 WRX with a Catback and Cobb stg1. I just put it on yesterday and you should see the way people respond. It is like I have a different car. No problems with my idle or driveability. I like the backfires so that works out fine. If you like attention go out and get one.

yeah i have an 06. i put on the ssqv as first mod and had no probs. onve i put my cat back and my drop in filter i had some back fire and 2 times rough iddle coming out of reverce. other than that no probs. sounds good too i just dont like the back fire and i know im hurting my cats in the dp. ohh well i think you can tun fo it. next step is the ap.

il give it 2 months b4 you would have to go to the dealership and have your downpipe replaced. I got mines replaced because of my turbo xs bov. Back fire every time i shift and let off gas. you know how it goes. it sounds cool but not worth it if i have to wait to get my downpipe replaced... also another bad thing is if your bov doesnt go 50-50 than it can give the air back into the turbo making it harder on it. remove it or replace the pipe... your choice.
