That's not boost creep.

You'd have a CEL and I believe code P0244 if you had boost creep. At least that's what happened when my car would do it.

I'd say there's something up with your 02 sensor then if that's what the code states.

Also, why are you @ WOT above 7k rpm? I'm still saying that it's the rev-limiter around 7200rpm that you're hitting. Red line is 6500 on your car I believe.

Redline is 7k rpm on STi models, rev cuts at 7500rpm it would depend on how much overboost you are having whether the light comes on for the WGA p0244 code.

Lets say my VF-39 stock pushes .1 MPa boost, and with a catless DP the boost raises to .14 MPa and it's not enough over boost to throw the cel then it will infact be boost creep. and if i go over .14 MPa boost level and it throws a cel then it isn't safe to drive the car until that is fixed.

I don't think the O2 sensor is any concern since it's not the Main O2 sensor which tell the PCM if the vehicle is open or closed loop.

Yea, I'm just saying that it might be higher boost but not high enough to throw a cel

Your car is dirty.

Have you taken it to Subaru yet and at least had them take a look at it? Maybe by just talking to a service tech. you can see exactly what's wrong.

ya, i know, my Wrx is a DG...

he should definately go to Subaru, but the fact that he has the Utec in there will make it hard for Subaru to look at it.lol

It only takes 10 min to uninstall the UTEC.

That is a good Idea though i only use 94 Octane. I will through some in tomorrow since i am running low on fuel.

make sure to fill up when you put it in.

see if that fixes your issue.

but seriously. go to stock and have Subaru check it out.

they will fix it under warranty with your low mileage...

Depends on the dealership. Some know their way with mods, some won't even talk to you about it.
