Help me decide on a EL header

Im thinking of switching from my Maddad uel header to a equal length header to squeeze a little more power out of my setup. I've been reading a bunch on the different ones out there. Looked at alot of dynos that seem to have to many variables to convince me. Ive seen invidia's race header making alot of torque on a couple of dynos, killer b's in 321 stainless looks very nice, and alot of great things about Tomei. I cant make up my mind. Someone convince me which one i should go with.

Keep the UEL. Don't lose the subie sound. Not worth the minimal gains...

Grimmspeed pnp manifold+hi flow cross pipe/ceramic coated? honestly I feel such better spool/power+tq with mine now compared to when I had my borla uel headers.. More power and ya keep the rumble like he said^

Ofc ultimately the EL might yield ya more numbers, but i promise you my gas pedal has never felt so good since grabbing mine sounds amazing too

Perrin EL's

EL headers are a big performance gain. whp and wtq numbers, plus the turbo will spool sooner

loss of the boxer rumble kinda sucks, but the EL doesn't sound bad either

If you have the money I would say killer b or maybe full race. I have been debating going equal length also, and if I did I would probably go with killer b.

I agree with K-dogg, the killer b holy header is what you want in regards to power. I've personally gone from the grimmspeed pnp to tomei elh and will not be turning back. If I had the cash at the time I would've gone killer b.

Agreed. If you're not running a big turbo I personally don't think it's worth making your car sound like an Evo 9 for such little difference.

meth huh? haven't really heard that in a while

I ran a 3076 on an ej207. An EL would have made my set up that much better..

Defiantly pick up an EL header

Then I say do it. You'll get a good gain in torque and spool up quicker as said above.

not to thread jack, but in regards to UEL, tomei or borla? or maybe something else? I've also been recently researching decisions... I don't plan to do this for a while, but the plan is roughly 300 whp on an 04 wrx. my headers have to go anyway because they're rusty
