FMIC or Not: SZ55

So, I've recently upgraded turbos to a SZ55. Currently, the car is sitting in the garage waiting for someone to buy my VF43 and TMIC. The concern that I have, which many other share I think, is heatsoak. For the sake of cost, I would like to get a more efficient top mount. Maybe something like a spearco- But, it seems like these intercoolers would still, at some point, suffer the same problem as the factory unit.

So, my question is: Does this turbo warrant a front mount, or do you think that a larger TMIC would suffice?

Thanks for your time-

Hmm, this is my 2cents! I think a FMIC is pointless unless your running a 30r plus or plan to track your car alot! I would suggest the Process West TMIC because it has a splitter! Around the Bay Area the cops are just lamm, just hope with a FMIC you don't get pulled over and have them pop the hood! Another is smog, most places won't pass smog with the FMiC, not to hard to just take the pipes off and install the TMIC. Just some things to think about I'm running a Dom 2.5xtr and running stock TMIC, going to upgrade to the PW! On hot days it only gets hot when in traffic or stoped for long periods of time, most smart people would know not to jump on your car when heatsoaked and on a hot day!
