Exclamation Exhaust problem, help :-) please

Got a brand new 2011 STi sedan with about 2600 miles, just started getting on it a little bit and when I punch it in sport sharp, black smoke/little globs of dusty clumps come out my right tailpipe, and a little smoke out my left, I think I may be just running rich? Anyone else have this problem? Warranty issue??

I never experienced that on my 2011 WRX. Only the obligatory burning scent from the burn-in period of gel, sealants, etc. Maybe get a Cobb AP and flash it to Stage 1 asap? I would bring it up to the dealership because it's under warranty.

Everything I know about GR factory tunes, would lead me to believe that you're not running rich. Stock GR tunes are typically lean. Take it to a stealership, or better yet, somebody who actually knows what their doing and have it checked out. It sounds like it should be easy to replicate the issue. Are you parked when this is happening, or can you see the smoke in your rear view mirror?

I'm running rich and get some smoke when I mash on the car. rich is better then lean, but clumps of stuff should not be coming out!

either everything is breaking in finally which would be weird or something is clogging the exhaust and its coming out, IE your cat.

You're both right and wrong . The GR stock tune runs very lean until about 4500RPM and then runs VERY rich the rest of the way to redline. Awful all around.
