Exhaust baffle rattle

Exhaust baffle rattle
Anyone using some kind of baffle onto your exhaust? Example...
I have tanabe G blue turbo-back. I am currently trying to put tanabe's baffle on it. http://www.tanabe-usa.com/baffle.asp ... But I am noticing that the baffle vibrates and makes this spoon to spoon noise. I have the baffle hold down with bolt and nut ... tighten it but it still making the noise. According to tanabe I have the right part.
Any solution? I really dont want to make another hole and put bolts on it. It'll look kind of stupid.
