Do aftermarket Head gaskets exist?
Is there any aftermarket head gasket for the 04-up STi besides A'PEXi? I know a lot of people are going with stock Subaru gaskets, and A'PEXi is 4-6 weeks out. So anyone know any other companies out there I could try to get?

and if your going that route get some aftermarket head studs too - ARP is the popular one.
Out of curiosity, why do you want beefier ones? Do you have a leak in the stock one or for future reference?

You can use the WRX head gaskets but they are thinner so you'll raise your compression somewhat. The stock 2.5 STi head gaskets are very well built (like most important subaru oem gaskets) and will be plenty for almost any application. Waste your money on some bling or something. You can buy the gaskets in a comprehensive kit from subaru or you can just buy the gaskets.
