Deadbolt phone #
Deadbolt (Jerry) does not have a phone; or any concept of what customer service is either. I did finally contact him via IM and to make a long story short he returned my turbo untouched and my money five days after recieving it because he "didn't like my attitude". I ended up wasting seven days of my time and $127 that I spent to over-night it to him in the 1st place. I ended up taking it to DPR racing (dprracing.com) and had it back in one day. They did a fantastic job. They ported and polished air and exhaust intakes, ported the waste gate and shaprened the turbine blades with out any hassel. Dan (the owner) even called me back the next day to see how I liked eveything. Truly a professional buisness person who knows what he is doing. Check out their sight and compare it to Deadbolts and you will see what I mean. Just rember, you get what you pay for.
