Cusco Oil Catch can install?

Cusco Oil Catch can install?
Has anyone used the Universal oil catch can?
The catch can comes with one single hose, but an IN and OUT port on the can itself. When I pull out the tube that connects to the lower left of the intercoolers to the left of the alternator the hose sizes seem too wide to fit even the supplied cusco hose on.
Any suggestions would be awesome..
