cobb cat back to DP

i just picked up a cobb catback for my 06 and just want to know if it will bolt right up to the stock Down pipe...or is there other **** i have to get to make it work....and any comments would help alot

It will will bolt right up to the stock downpipe.
Cobbs' fitment is excellent.
Congrats on your Cobb catback exhaust wise choice.
