Hey Slickmin
I think the JIC sounds great too...did you take out the baffel in the tail pipe? I did and it unleashes the rumble.
I have a question for you thou....did your car feel as if it lost the feel of the turbo coming on hard. I might be crazy but I think this has happend to mine, but I am reasoning that it might be because the turbo comes on sooner so its not a obvious! I am a bit crazy thinking I might have lost power but thats the result of of having my own dyno...is power loss possiable?
your thoughts would be great!
thanks

Yeah Cappx, the baffle your speaking of is a called a silencer and yes I took it out before I even put the exhaust on my car. The reason that you dont feel the turbo suddenly hit is because it starts spooling earlier and smoother because you freed up a little exhuast flow. Hope this helps.

Fledis, Go to our site and look at the GP moto stainless exhaust and the Ti looks exactly the same but in Ti with the blued tip. www.rallitek.com Call Garner if you want to order is and email me at punkrocksailor@yahoo.com if you have any other questions.
Cheers,
Joel
P.S. whoever was talking about putting an Injen intake on an STi needs his head examined.

cappx, you are feeling that because you have your oem downpipe im assuming with those 2 cats..
the free flowing catback.. especially the JIC being 80mm is flowing so much more than your downpipe, so it'll feel that way... once u get a downpipe you'll be showing nothing but smiles..
I would def get a downpipe if you buy a catback... why go 1/2 way.. makes no sense, so my suggestion is to get the Ti / Sus with a downpipe rather than full Ti

Thanks for the heads up about the DP. The reason I have not added the DP yeat is because of the boost creep and porting stuff. I am going to get EM as soon as there is a clear decision between the Hydra & the UTEC. There was talk about EM solving the boost creep/port situation so i thought I would wait.
After EM I will add the DP and a bigger turbo too. (thus I will need injectors Fuel pump)

EM will not fix boost creep, anyone who says it will or did for them is mistaken. Boost creep is a mechanical problem. The aftermarket DP's allow a lot of flow, more than can be handled with the stock diameter of the wastgate. Port the wastegate and the boost creep is no longer an issue.

I got the JIC full Ti. What an awsome exhaust! I couldnt belive how light it was. For those using the JIC: did you use the OEM gasket or an exhaust doughnut for the dp/cat back connection?
