06 timing belt shread

I am having a problem with my 06 wrx shredding the timing belt the problem is that the belt is riding so far foward on the pullys that it is touching the center cover and shredding the belt there is aprox 1/4 inch between the back of the belt and the back of the pully. What would be causing the belt to ride that far foward? The car was in a front end collition and every pully that has a bearing on it has been replaced, the tensioner as well and everything appears to be running true "no wobbles". Any help would be great thanks.

Check the plastic cam sprockets for small cracks, sharp edges, missing teeth.
Replace as necessary.
