ZeroSports Replica Splitter??

ZeroSports Replica Splitter??
I just got my ZeroSports Replica Splitter from Gruppe-s.com. I installed it and the top of the splitter does not go all the way to the top of the STI hood scoop. I thought that the splitter if it was made for the STI hood scoop would almost touch the hood scoop. I when I ordered the splitter they told me that this ZeroSports Replica was made to go on the STI hood scoop but it just doesn't fit like I though. If anyone knows anything that can clear this up for me that would be great. Also I notice that my hood scoop bounces more when driving at high speeds is that because the splitter is heavier then the OEM one?

Well then thats not the stock STI scoop which would explain the way it fits. Alot of things were offered in Japan as an upgrade that you had to pay for. So the splitter was probably built for the stock setup and not a upgraded scoop. Try finding out if they make a splitter for the larger upgrade option scoop. (I've got a upgraded scoop on my car also)
