First of all, if your EGT's are really hot, you are NOT runing too rich.

I agree with machaf--sonds like a fuel problem. I think it is something controlling your fuel... something like injectors or the pressure regulator. If the regulator broke and got stuck open, it could be flooding the injectors(?).

maybe.... Im not exactly sure, but it makes sense that if the car though it was getting too much air, it would compensate by adding a lot of fuel.

Then again--
I really dont see how the MAF would cause the car to run that rich. Could it be possible that the ECU is screwing up that data that it is receiving and causing (or helping to cause) your problem? you said you put it back to stock mode, but still...
