Looking for first performance mods for my WRX.

Can someone send my some dyno info on CAI's for my car? Any previous and still existing threads that may have discussed this?

I am looking for the best CAI possibe at reasonable price.

Is CAI even worth it for these cars? I've heard people say no, but others say yes. Which is it?

the only CAI that i have ever heard or seen giving a performance increase w/o the problems has been the aps CAI. check here for more info on it. www.wrxforum.com
i would free up some of the exhaust first if it was me. do an uppipe first. hks has a nice polished uppipe out, www.worldoneperformance.com has them for $179 shipped
