Who makes the largest diameter uppipe?

Just a question about the question
Why would you want to have a higher diamiter pipe when that would teoretically decrease the gas's velocity? For some reason I was under the impression that higher gas velocity=faster/better spool? Is the larger diamiter on the uppipe more for an upgraded turbo that requires a larger volume of gas instead of velocity?

Here is my answer.
My turbo is as big as your head.
T67. The exhaust housing is about as big as the compressor on VF30.
Then, my motor is a 2.4L with 8.3:1 compression so I need larger diam exhaust pipes to help the motor to exhale better and reduce back pressure.
So far, the largest uppipe I found was 60mm. I want a 65mm one.

If so.... the T4 inlet has a flow area of 5.6 square inches.
60mm pipe only has 4.05 square inches so the flow would in fact have to diverge and slow down before it does its job.
65mm gets you up to 4.76 in^2
70mm gets you to 5.52 in^2 which would be just about ideal for the flow to transition from the uppipe to the turbine without having to diffuse on its way in.
Of course I don't know where you find 70mm stainless pipe to have a custom uppipe made, but I thought I'd throw those numbers out for kicks.
