I put a catback exhaust on and got a misfire detected code, reset the ecu and cel didn,t turn back on after running for 50 miles or so. you can still hear the engine misfire thought. VERY WORRIED

Check the spark plugs they may have rich fouled and they are just not sparking anymore, get that checked.
