Here's one vendor thread for Stromung exhaust products. Unfortunately, they just ended a special sale on most of their Stromung products during the month of August, but their regular pricing is still quite good and so is their service.

Personally, I would go with Scoobysport, found here. I had one on my 2.5RS and am about to put one on my WRX.

IMO, it's quieter than most, especially compared with single-tip systems. Still sounds good, too.

That's what I've heard for most turbobacks. I don't know what Stromung claims.

if you want the performance without too much noise but still have the agressive sound get a greddy evo

I've heard that the HKS Hi-Power is 50 state legal, but don't quote me on that -- contact HKS for more info. Also, if you want loud and aggressive, the Kakimoto GT 1.0Z is the king of loud, gaudy, yet effective Japanese circuit exhausts. It'll make the crotch of your pants rumble in resonance!!
But anyhoo, I'd go with the HKS due to its power gains and legality. Good luck!
