What downpipe + cat

Looking to keep my car somewhat emissions friendly and do not want to worry about changing out test pipe to fit cat back on for testing. Thus, which downpipe(s) retains factory or aftermarket mid-pipe cat ??

Perrin offers a downpipe with a high flow cat. The Bosal DP retains the factory mid pipe. Both have a nice twin dump design.

TurboXS and Vishnu both offer aftermarket high flow units with their TBEs. The perrin is good as well.
