What down pipe is best for the Greddy cat back evo system?
I was thinking of getting a PDE down pipe but I will consider any other options. Also If anyone knows what kind of shop will install an uppipe or does it have to be taken to a dealer shop? btw I am getting the vishnu up pipe if that makes any diff.

PDE is good but there are a few others that take the design to the fullest. Look for a FULL bellmouth downpipe or one with a divorced wastegate housing.
Some names to throw out at you are Helix, Perrin, Scooby Sport, Invidia(from vividracing) and more... If your on a budget the HKS is good as it removes all the catalytics, but it is not a bellmouth design and you could suffer a performance hit when you swap to a larger higher flowing turbo. You could also get a TurboXS one and have a mufler shop fix it to mate up to your current system.
