i honestly think for subarus it not a matter of 'what' the exhausts sound like.

it's more of a "how loud of an exhaust u want, and how do u want it look?"

all gains are relatively similar in terms of performance. so now, do u want a loud one, or a quiet one.

well what about a tbe? like, full tbe system. whats good ? i was thinking about a cbe, but i've heard that going with a tbe would be better. iono if thats 100% true, which i doubt cause if taht was the case, then everyone would go wit a tbe.

Turboback is always better! Will make your turbo spool quicker, but remember you can get a non-catted downpipe or catted downpipe. Do you want to pass smog or have to take stuff off to pass?

everyone has a different opinion which is great. it is important that you go to the experts that do this for a living like LIC Motorsports and discuss your plans/goals with your car and they will give you the best advice.

wale is a LIC fanboi now eh? lol JK

but yes, just go ask around and listen to other people's exhaust, as long as 3inches, its all good. so its really depends on the sound and the look you want.

Yes we are carrying a new 3" TBE (catted or non), they are in stock and there is a half dozen or so of them running around in the bay.

If you want loud (and I mean mother effin HARLEY loud) you go Kakimoto catless. If you want quiet, the hush is quiet 'til you're high RPM, looks extremely close to stock. That TBE looks stockish on an STI in those pics.

Your choice, your money. The louder you get, the more heads turns including cops. The more stockish you get, the more sleeper you get, and as long as your mods aren't a boat load of stickers, my opinion would be to gamble on sleepers. =)
