I had turboxs rfl but now I'm deaf in my left ear.

 

ok i just put a type h rfl on my boys car and when he rev's it up it smells (like the car is runnin rich) like gas i dunno if its cause of the bov or what but i was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem?

 

aem accord....did you plug up that big hole that goes back into the intake?

I use a Turbosmart Duel venting BOV which vents to back to the intake to stop overfueling and the rest to atmosphere for high boost driving and sounds good to and stop all hesitation between shifts as the stock one vent to much back stuffing up the airflow meter readings.

 

i had my Type H RFL on for a while and i was running rich and it wasnt holding boost very good so i put my stock piece back on but i think im going to but my turbo xs back on tonight cuz i miss the noise . Nothing better than hearing my Apex N1 exhaust and then a loud scream from a turbo xs type-H RFL. I love how its so loud but i was told by so many people that its not good on the car at all since its not hybrid,they say get GFB but i like turbo xs one i have,what r your opinions and also,r there any suggestions from the other type-H rfl owners that can reccoment me doing anything different? I currently have 3 washers to make it hold boost better,i dont want it giving a hissing realease of boost right at 3,000 RPM's,cuz then my car jerks as i go into the next gear.
