I have my manifold off to put my egt on, and i noticed some weird spackle, its gold colored and not in great amounts. Just where the manifold bolts up to the engine. Its kinda shiney, you think im melting something? i'm not running hot or anything.

 

It could be a lube. On a brand new glock hand gun there is a lube simialar to what you disscribed. It is a high temp lube so maybe its the same stuff?
