uppipe gaskets

i recently purchased a gutted stock uppipe for my 2002 wrx wagon and i will be getting it in shortly. I wanted that stock fit so that is why i went with the gutted pipe instead of helix or perrin. I just wanted to know if i should get new gaskets to go along with it. I wanted to make sure before i spend who knows how much to get the thing installed ( i heard it was a pretty tough install) Any one know if i should replace the gaskets or does it not really matter. If i should get new gaskets please tell me a fair website to buy them from.

i realized that this kind of thing has been posted infinity times so i already ordered my gaskets from suby dude for both ends of the up pipe. Can somebody tell me how the hell to get the O2 sensor out of the manifold at least. I keep reading about this O2 wrench or socket but homedepot and pep boys had no idea what i was talking about when i was aquiring tools. I have everything out of the car so far and all i have to do is disconnect the downpipe and the manifold. Does anyone have any advice for me on an easy way to accomplish this. The scoobymod site makes it sound easy but when i am under the car it looks a little more difficult.
Please help,
Ryan

To tell you the truth, I seriously think my helix flex fits better than the stocker. Get new gaskets.

I had to buy an o2 sensor wrench from kragen it's a big socket(not sure wich size) but it has a slasc cut in it so that the wire can spin with the sensor. If you go to NAPA they'll probably know what they're talking about.
