Up-Pipe or Downpipe First?

ok, here is the thing, I can do 1 or the other for right now, which one should it be, should I replace my up-pipe first or do my downpipe first?

Why don't you go with a lightweight pully and some IC hoses and save up for the Up/Down combo.
I rather just not do any of that and save up for the combo..I guess It is wise to do both since you have to unbolt the downpipe in order to do the up-pipe anyway..
