ok just woundering something here, i have a boost problem. i can only get around 5-8 lbs of boost. and i was woundering if my up pipe wasnt on right would cause this. i hear a flutering noise coming from around the up pipe area and was woundering if that was a leak? and if so would that cuase a boost problem? and if so how do i fix it?

Sounds like a leaking upper/lower gasket or your pipe is not tourqed to spec.

If you didnt use new gaskets and tourqe to spec.,Yea I guess it could be leakin

fire up the car and before it gets too warm reach around the upipe flanges and see if you feel any air pulses.

Watch your hands and dont burn em.
