you'll still fail the visual with only the stock midpipe.

It all depends on how the referee wants to be that day. Maybe if you bought him some lunch while doin' the inspection you'll pass. But if they look under the car and see the different pipes, you will fail.

Damn, I honestly thought that if you had at least one cat still there that you would pass. Well, I guess I'll just have to keep the stock downpipe and re-install it when I have to go for a test. Luckily that won't be for another couple years. They shouldn't care about the cat-back exhaust, should they?

the catback is fine. you can even pass with the uppipe still on. just have to be a little bit lucky to pass the visual. replacing the dp and midpipe shouldnt be too hard.
