i just bought one also
i had my local tuner shop install it. if u install it ur self it comes with washers to adjust it. follow the directions the valves need to be closed at idle if not add washers. let me knwo what u think i got a n automatic and in park and nuetral the thing sounds awesome but it a differnt story while driving see my post in this forum. You will need the flange if u dont go it
and should use the stock bolts i believe iw as watching the guy do i t and its not a recirculating kind so u need to use the rubber plug and cap off the hose at the bottom.

i dont get what kinda boost splitter you are talking about. and the bolts that u need u just use the stock ones....it's pretty easy so if u were planning to get a shop to install it, save the money and just unbolt the thing yourself, it's only 2 bolts
